ARTICLE 1 NAME OF THE PARTY
The motto of the Party shall be “EQUAL OPPORTUNITY AND SOCIAL
JUSTICE”.

The logo of the party shall be THE WHEEL WITH A MAN AND VOMAN
WITH A CHILD ENGRAVED IN THE CENTRE

ARTICLE 5 FLAG
The flag of the party shall be RED AND GREEN, both equal in size,
placed vertically, Red representing transformation and Green agriculture.
The logo of the Party shall be at the centre of the flag with background.
ARTICLE 6 REGISTERED OFFICE
The registered National Secretariat of the Party shall be located at Abuja
the Federal Capital Territory, in such place as shall be decided by the
National Executive Council (NEC
ARTICLE 7 SUPREMACY OF THE PARTY CONSTITUTION
Subject to the provisions of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of
Nigeria and any other Law of the time being in force, in the Federal
Republic of Nigeria,
ARTICLE 8 AIMS AND OBJECTIVES
To democratically seek political power and sustain same for the
purpose of enacting a government that shall pursue social democratic
programmes as basis for good governance
ARTICLE 9 BOARD OF TRUSTEES
All past and serving Presidents and vice presidents of the Federal
Republic of Nigeria, who held or hold the respective posts as
members of the Party
ARTICLE 10 MEMBERSHIP
The membership of the Party shall be open to all Nigerians who
accept its ideology, programmes and the constitution irrespective of
their religion, ethnic origin, gender, social and economic status
persons with disability provided that.
ARTICLE 11 RIGHTSAND PRIVILEGES OF MEMBERSHIP
Every member shall have the right to speak and vote on any issue at
any meeting of any organ of the Party he/she rightly belongs to.
ARTICLE 12 PARTY ORGANIZATIONS
The organizational structure at the State level shall also apply mutatis
mutandis to the Federal Capital Territory Abuja as if it were a state
